The Vassar Club of Philadelphia is organized to promote the welfare of Vassar College in the Greater Philadelphia Area. The mission of the Club is threefold: to recruit the next generation of Vassar students, to provide area Vassar students with scholarships, and to bring Vassar to our alumnae/i. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.
Throughout any given year, we sponsor a variety of social networking programs, conduct an impressive local interview program for prospective students applying to the College, and have a long history of raising significant funds for the benefit of scholarships for Philadelphia area students attending Vassar.
Proceeds from Giving Bean will benefit the Club and all its various activities.
