Our organization, URI Service Corps, establishes service trips during spring break in various locations around the country that are completely student-facilitate and fundraised. This upcoming March our group of 26 students and alumni will travel to Dallas, Texas. Our service themes that we are most passionate about are urban poverty and immigration injustices, which we will plan our trip around. Funds will help support our food for the week and travel to and from service sites.
