The Pennsylvania Foundation for Home Care and Hospice is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization created to promote and support home health, home care, and hospice services in Pennsylvania.
The Pennsylvania Homecare Association supports the administration of the Foundation and collaborates with the Foundation Board of Directors to promote community awareness, support the provision of in-home services, and provide financial assistance for customers of home care, home health, and hospice services. In doing so, the Foundation makes these needed services more accessible and affordable to our communities.
