Giving Bean does not guarantee the eligibility of the donation portion of purchases as deductions for individual income tax purposes. Please check with your tax advisor. We do ask for a Federal tax/non-profit ID number from our non-profit partner organizations but cannot guarantee their non-profit status. We do put forth a reasonable effort to make sure the organization is not-for-profit since our mission is purely aligned with community group fundraising.
